It’s time to get on the snow to learn how to ski or snowboard and discover a new sport you’re going to love! The new EZ Ski or Ride 1-2-3 programs makes skiing and snowboarding more affordable and easier than ever to learn, and you can’t help but enjoy yourself at your favorite Ski Area.
What is EZ Ski or Ride 1•2•3?
Each participating mountain is offering a 3-visit “learn to” ski or snowboard package at an incredible price. The complete package includes three lift tickets, three rentals – all of it: boots, poles, skis or snowboard, and three lessons. Get yourself, your friends and family out of the house and up on the ski hill enjoying what we all know is the best season of the year!
How Do I Get Started? Just 3 simple steps.
- Pick a ski area – check out the list of our participating ski areas to decide where you want to take your lessons.
- Purchase the EZ SKI 1-2-3 package by calling the ski area and purchasing at your first EZ Ski visit.
- Schedule the lessons.

Get on the snow and discover a new sport you’re going to love! The EZ Ski and EZ Ride 1-2-3 programs make trying skiing and snowboarding for the first time more affordable and easier than ever to learn, and you can’t help but enjoy yourself! This package allows one person to make 3 visits to our mountain.
This special introductory program focuses on teaching a strong foundation for those who have never skied or snowboarded, or those who may need to rebuild their confidence on the slopes after an extended time away from the sport.
Please remember that this package is not for previous participants or experienced skiers/riders. All participants will begin in a “first day” ski or snowboard group. The package will be invalidated if the class is not attended.

3 Group Lessons
3 days of Rental Equipment
3 Lift tickets
– Beginner Terrain Lift Ticket on 1st & 2nd visit
– All mountain ticket on 3rd visit
Upon completion of all three lessons, you are eligible to purchase a season pass for the remainder of the season for just $149 for kids and $169 for adults!
Program available weekends from 12/6 through 4/5 and during Holiday Operations except for Christmas Day (12/20-1/5, 1/19 & 2/16)
Graduates of the program are eligible to buy an adult season pass for $169 or a youth season pass for $149 for the remainder of the 2025-2026 season.
Any student requiring special consideration or accommodation for ANY reason must have a conversation with our office staff before purchasing/scheduling to ensure a safe and fun learning environment.
Lookout Pass — $175
It couldn’t be easier for a first-timer to Learn to Ski or Ride. Purchase this package and we’ll have you sliding down the mountain in 3 days.
Package includes: Lift ticket + Lesson + Rental equipment any 3 days this winter. Reservations required for each day so we know you are coming!***
For YOUTH ages 7 to 12 years of age you will receive:
- 3 RENTALS (Choose Ski or Snowboard, with boots & poles.)
- 3 – Half Day LESSON SESSIONS* (2 hour Kids Specific Group Lessons at 11am or 1:30pm PST)
- 3 LIFT TICKETS (1st & 2nd Day Tickets are for our Success Beginner Lift. 3rd Days Lift Ticket provides access to the whole mountain.)
For ages 13 & up!
- 3 RENTALS (Choose Ski or Snowboard, with boots & poles.)
- 3 LESSONS* (1-2hr Group Lessons starting at 11 am or 1:30 pm PST)

UPGRADE TO 3, 1hr Private Lessons for an additional $85 dollars.
Private lessons will allow for 1-on-1 instruction focused on building skills. Privates also OFFER increased flexibility on lesson times and availability!
*Lessons offered everyday Lookout Pass Ski Area is open.
*Lesson reservations are HIGHLY recommended. Your 3rd lesson is typically an afternoon lesson, however tickets and rental are good all day. At the discretion of Lookout Pass Staff some lessons, including groups of 1, may be ugraded to 1 hour private lessons to better accommodate our guests. We will work to keep family groups together. Space is subject to availability.

Our Holiday Camps offer a fun, progressive way for kids and adults to build skills and confidence on the mountain.
Programs by Age:
Mini Mites (Ages 4–6): Ski-only, shorter sessions focused on balance, fun, and confidence.
Mighty Mites (Ages 5–6): Extended lessons with a mid-day break, perfect for growing independence.
Kids Club (Ages 7–15): Ski or snowboard lessons that develop strong technique and mountain awareness.
All lessons are non-refundable unless otherwise noted. This includes, but is not limited to, Multiweeks, Group Lessons, Event Days, Camps, and Private Lessons.
Season Pass Bonus! Upon completion of any two camps or multiweeks, the student receives a season pass to use for the remainder of the season.
Silver Mountain — $219 plus tax
