Winter Swap Postponed

Concerning – Winter Swap event on Nov. 7th

The Winter Swap leadership has spent many hours coming up with work arounds for us to proceed with a physical Winter Ski Swap this year but the safety of the public and our workers could never be fully assured concerning Covid-19. The fairgrounds staff was wonderful with provisions, but unfortunately we simply could not get around the health risk to the public and our workers while in the swap environment itself, so we will be delaying our swap until 2021. We know that our community benefits greatly from our swap, but as a medically based NSP Ski Patrol organization, a great part of our mission statement is to do nothing to contribute negatively to one’s health and safety. Next year should be a record Winter Swap and we all just need pull together to weather this current medical storm. Thank You
